No-Fault Arbitration

After approximately six to eight weeks, your medical insurance company will typically send you, the claimant, for an Independent Medical Exam (IME). Many times, these appointments are designed to allow the insurance company to cut off your no-fault benefits and no longer pay for treatment.
However, this should not be the end of your treatment, nor should you case be hurt by an insurance company’s cut-off. Additionally, medical treatment providers need to continue to bill your insurance company just as they had prior to the stoppage in payment.
Medical and Legal Liaisons of New York (MALL of NY) provides union members with No-Fault Arbitration services. Our attorneys are the best when it comes to recovering on unpaid no-fault bills for physicians. This benefits you, the client, and your doctors, at absolutely no cost to either, out of pocket.
